What did you do to your Gen3 today?

That looks good. how did you paint the lip on the wheel, like make a good circle?

I used pin stripping tape and just carefully ran it around the rim the taped off accordingly piece by piece just enough to overlap the pin strip tape but not crossing it. I got a build thread if you wanna see It, its in the 3rd gen exterior under the name plasti dip rims and bumpers and painted calipers.

had to work ALLLL ******* weekend but I guess its paying for mods. All the fuel stuff is working awesome. Super happy with them and that I did the install myself. Just not happy I was unable to get the LED wired and the airsystem into the tool box. fingers crossed this weekend goes better.

Just saving for other support mods. Then I can start to put these things to use!

SWEET! I love that feeling of accomplishment of doing something yourself instead of paying for it and then seeing the results.

Im pretty excited to see what my air horn that showed up will sound like but I wont know till the air system is running.....

For now, I am still sitting on a sketchy trans. Money is VERY tight right at the moment, so I cannot do anything until that is taken care of. Once that's done, I can start playing again, both looks and performance.

I do have a set of leveling coils sittin in the basement, I really need to get on though...

nice headlights smokedram i just ordered a set the other day....they should be in tomorrow. about to head to dallas to go pick up a condensor fan for 25 bucks and the guy also has the visors (ours just hang there and wont stay up) for 15 and a set of nerf bars for the wife for 70.

I'll give ya a hint in installing those headlights...the little grommet thing in the fender that the ear on the back of the headlights snap into, grab a set of pliers and yank those fukkers out.

I got to save from trans work also. I can already smell my clutches burning if I give it any extra go juice. But its such a large all in expense! I should really get to selling all the extra parts I have to help build funds for the work. You going fully built?

they are the same ones you are running smoked. i got them from ebay apparently theres a lot of different vendors for them too. i picked the cheapest ones coming from america. was 76 bucks and took 4 days to get here...(including a sunday)
