My buddy keeps trying to let him ceramic my truck lol. I told him it’s past that point now. Wish I did right away...

Never "past that point". A good correction and you should be good to go.

Ordered some wire retainers to hide the new bed light wiring I installed, put in a Brandmotion third break light with cargo cam (debating if I like it or not), and ordered wiring for the step rail lighting going on.

Half shaft complete, end-milled it right off while assembled.

Just need to do a /600/800/1000/1500 and polish.

The black is OEM 80mm bore for reference. I’m going to end up ~86mm filter and 83mm intake manifold.

Looks great!

So how did the shaft come out?

held the gear so the Shaft slot was vertical and just plunge milled each side off. It needed a little love from the dremel to get rid of sharp edges.

So I searched the forum for a thread like this and didn't find anything. I figured it would be fun to have a thread that everyone can watch what everyone is doing each week.

This week I put on Steelcraft nerf bars, and right now I'm getting the permaplating put on the truck. This way it gets a real good bath.

Glad to know you enjoy my exciting posts.

Here is another on for everybody. :sorry: if it's longer than normal.

Filled it with fuel today and drove it. :sleepy:

AutoZone has PNP led fogs........ Priced comparatively to higher end stuff online, decided to give them a try. If I didn't like them I could return them 5 minutes later.

I have to say, I'm quite impressed with them. They sit well in the housing, output exceeds the stock halogens and the chips are aligned properly for a correct beam pattern. Money well spent. Also picked up a couple 194s for my license plate lights.

Replaced the rear brake calipers & brackets. I need to replace the pads also, the driver’s side caliper was seizing up, (sliders & piston) and it wore the pads pretty bad. They’re not even a year old. That’s what I get for not pulling the wheel off and checking them before ordering the new calipers. I also ordered replacement parking brake shoes but will wait on that until I have the right tools. (I never thought I would need brake shoe tools again) So, I did a clean & adjust for the time being, the driver’s side was adjusted too tight for some reason.

Also, I really wish this rain would stop, my truck needs a bath. Badly.

Eyeballing some rebel wheels. Guy wants 750 with tires that apparently have 95% tread left. See if he expects my offer.

I saw a set on Craigslist, is that where you found them?
