I am about to install a 6" Rough Country lift kit on my 2015 Ram 1500. The one thing I really don't know anything about is the wheel offset. I don't want my tires sticking out super far from the truck. Basically want it in the wheel well as much as possible. I want to get the Fuel Vapor rims, with Nitto Trail Grappler tires. I just want to make sure I get all the right parts. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

You should go with something like a "zero" offset or a "-12" wheel. They won't stick out too far what size tires? 35x12.5? or 37x12.5? Essentially the more negative the offset the wheel the more aggressive the stance. We all have our own opinions on what aggressive is though.

For instance I have a +10 offset because wasn't planning on getting a lift when i first bought my truck but ended up getting it anyway. So I had to get 2" wheel spacers on my wheels to get them about even with my fender flares. If I would have had a negative offset I wouldn't have had to do that.

Here is a picture of mine my fender flares come out about inch an a half.

Here is the site where you can see some different offsets on trucks Link Here!

If you want them tucked under the truck as far as possible while still being able to fit decent sized tires then a 9" wide wheel with a 0 offset is your best option.

Yep, it's all about the stance you want. How aggressive (tire/wheel outside the wheelwell) do you want the truck to look?

I have 1.5" wheel adaptors with stock wheels. This gives me a -12 offset. I running 325/60/20 duratracs. With a 6" lift you want the tires sticking out a bit, if they're completly inside the wheel well it'll look bad.
