Wheel spacers; go flush or wide?

Going wide looks good and adds a smidge more stability BUT at the expence of wheel bearing wear and maybe axle flex...

My spacers have been on for almost a year and a half now, and I have had no issues at all.
I will add though, I do inspect and re torque the spacers every time I rotate the tires (at every oil change), just for piece of mind.

While the wheel bearing wear may be a little quicker than a totally stock setup, it is no worse with spacers, than it is with different wheels with more negative offset.
