I'll look at mine, but if done right, you shouldn't be able to see the grooves

Another view. Yeah, our trucks look very similar, wheel gap and stance wise.

I believe I should be able to see the Bils collar setting from the underside. I'll have to recheck tomorrow to ensure they didn't set them at 1.4...because it's pretty level (like within 1/8" all around). Though when I asked them about the Bils, they said..."yup, we set them to .75 just like you asked" (.75 was not an exact setting, but I assumed it was close enough). Haha. 3aced4958c59da6480e327aad987500f.jpg

As someone else mentioned... the spring seat may be on upside down. That would raise it a little.

When I measured yesterday they were 43" up front and 43 1/8" in the rear. So 1/8" rake.

I'll remeasure this afternoon.

in 2015 for a big horn if your dealer truck orderer had any sense it should be stock with 3.92's

That looks correct, next would be to post pic of the rear suspension, they do offer a 2” rear lift that uses spacers only.

True.... maybe he got the 4/2 lift by mistake?

I see two rings exposed on mine, and I’m at 1.4” setting. I see one ring exposed on yours, so that should be the 0.7” setting. That first ring would be 0” factory height.

Here's the rear. Should be the 3" springs. 21170719d91f5977448528e4c87aea92.jpg2be134c95f7046fba4893a8f1e5334e1.jpg305a5671735a3800ef21188d009dde72.jpg

Just remeasured. I've got a 3/4" - 1" rake now!

1" on the right side and 3/4" on left side.

Fronts are both at 42 3/4"
Rear right is 43 3/4"
Rear left is 43 1/2" (full gas tank?)

So looks like the Bils settled 1/4" lower after driving around a few days.

As for the rear end, it raised about 1/2" after I took the stock wheels, struts and springs out of the bed. Haha! Rookie move.

Appreciate all the help! Really happy with the look and ride.249571fca1977e36fb78927f9c34b47c.jpg1334df35c7e30e30f58dde3c9f872030.jpg84da9df195944280ce6a417c475485d0.jpg

Thanks! I ordered the Fox Adventure series rear shocks with the Zone 4/3, but they actually installed the Fox 2.0 Performance series shocks. Bonus! Even though you can't really see them with wheel well liners.

Apparently the Adventure series are in short supply so they just upgraded my rears - no charge.

Only thing i'm second guessing is I kinda wish I would have bit the bullet and got the Zone UCAs. But with Bils @ 0.7, I really didn't "need" them, just would "like" them since they are more visible and look badass compared to stock UCAs. Two questions:

1) ANGLES OK? Would Zone UCAs "work" with Bils @0.7??? I've read that most people recommend them at 2.1 or higher. In other words, are my Bils set high enough to have the Zone UCAs at appropriate/designed angles? Just want to ensure angles would work out with Bils at or near stock struts heights.

2) RUBBING? With 295/65R20 on stock 20x9, I've got no wheel spacers and no rubbing. The Zone UCAs look substantially beefier. Would they potentially now cause rubbing and require spacers?

Suppose I gotta save upgrades for later!!! Thanks

Would like to revisit this thread. I am set on the 4"/3" zone lift.

I currently have a Bilstein 5100 level on the front and from reading will set to 1.4 for a proper level when completed with the zone lift.

I also currently have Bilstein 5100 in the rear which I fully understand do not PROVIDE any lift in the rear but will compensate up to a 1" lift. I am OCD and when changing out the rear suspension would like the shocks to match the front Bilsteins instead of using the zone branded shocks that come with the kit.

1. Will the rear Bilstein 5100's work with a 3" rear spring?
2. If not is there a different Bilstein product that will?
3. If not an I upgrade to the Fox rear shock, should I just bite the bullet and upgrade to the Fox front coil over as well?
4. I have an airbag added in my current rear spring to aid with rear sag when towing. Will this work in a 3" spring?

Thanks in advance.
