kg, how'd it turn out? Were you able to wrestle the knuckle off there?

I'm pretty glad I had a shop do it. It took them a day and a half. The shop owner was cool and still stuck to the $400.00, even though it went from the estimated 6 hours to 12 hours of labor. He even gave me a free shop t-shirt! Picked it up Saturday afternoon.

my image shake account isn't working, so I'll need to upload more photos later. Yes, it's Filthy!!! I washed it later that day, and now it's all dusty again!

Front fenders stock with 295/60r20s. Rubbed on swaybar at full turn towards driver side:
Front: 37.5"
Rear: 40.25"

After 4" lift and bilsteins at 1.4" and the same 295/60r20s. Now, NO rub at full lock to either side:
Front: 42.5"
Rear: 43-3/4"

About 1.25" of rake. The rear should settle about 1/2" which should give me about 3/4" of rake. I want between 3/4" to 1" of rake for when I load up the bed or tow my travel trailer.

Looks great! I measure the same except my rear is 43 1/4. But, it settles after some hauling and time.

yeah ill snap some for you. Ill admit my cuts a probably crude but as long as they work i could care less lol.

I already cut 3 of them so you'll need to just look at yours to really see the before.

Ive been meaning to take pictures but between getting pissed off at certain steps and just wanting to finish i keep forgetting to lol

Yeah, that 43-3/4" is closer to 43-5/8." Sometime before Christmas I'll be loading it up 2 or 3 times with several hundred pounds of bowling ball sized rocks for a retaining wall. That should help it settle. I'll remeasure in a few hundred miles. BTW, thanks for your posts Juvenator. I was debating on weather to move from 1.4' to .7" on the bilsteins. Thanks to your post, I kept it at the 1.4" and ended up exactly where I want it.

It's funny. I sold my 4x8 trailer with a 3500# axle and springs to get the lift. Then a month later, I need the trailer. Go figure.

I had to sell it. It covered the cost of the lift, the install, and 2 nice date nights with the CFO. It got me outta the dog house... at least until my next round of spending :roflsquared:

Here's a pic of the trailer

Glad I could help! And after 9mo and several times towing 2k-7k it's settled 1/2" that's 3/4" of rake, perfect for me, and looks like you as well!

Hey, anyone else getting a loud clunking sound when bouncing around on uneven roads? It's on rebound, not compression. I've heard people say sometimes the bolts on top of the strut tower are hard to reach and that's usually it, but the 3 bolts on top are tight as hell. I haven't been able to get it up on a lift, but I got under the front end and couldn't find anything obvious. All seems tight. I haven't had time to go over it thoroughly yet. I just noticed it yesterday. Any ideas where to start looking would be appreciated!
