So we come to this forum and all post the 1000 RWHP gains, but what have you done or what have you spent money on doing that didn't work or work as thought.
Word of mouth is the best advertisement there is. If I can save someone from making a mistake or a bad investment on thier ride I feel my work here is done.
So post them up lady's and gent's!!!
For me,
Belltech 2/4 drop

McGauheys 2" rear drop. Not hardly 1.5" all together. And half the price of the 2/4" economy kit

I got the dreaded rear end wag at 60 and above.
After Adding a Spohn adjustable pan hard bar it was above 70
So then I added tires, rear sway and finally killed it.
Check the lowered threads there's tons of data over there...

Fabreeze air fresheners.
I read on another forum that I should see about 75 rwhp per vent. I installed two of them, only feels like a combined 35-45 rwhp. However this is based on the a** dyno.
On the up side, it sure smells nice in here!!!

Ported throttle body: No change in anything whatsoever. Not better pedal feel, no noticeable power gains. I then knife edged the throttle plate, polished the inside if the body to a mirro finish and port matched the intake manifold to match the PTB diameter, and it seemed to be able to breathe a little easier. i dunno if I'd call it a power increase.

CAI: S&B with scoop ($$$): Makes a nice growl at WOT, nothing else.

Lmao! ^^^

I don't think you are giving enough credit. When your truck smells good, time goes by faster, when time goes by faster you get from A to B sooner. So, your A to B times are definitely better than pre-Fabreeze.

I'd say "great mod bro, great mod!" Lol

shorty headers.
I did them and now I am enjoying my long tubes.
If you are going to spend the $$, save up for the whole deal, and get the long tubes.

You didn't get the Mopar ones, it has to be the Mopar air fresheners. I call operator error on this one.

Once I bought a Jet Performance Chip. One of those plug-in tuners. I still have it, and if I am ever humble enough, I will list and sell it. :)
