I have a 5.7 hemi in my 2007 sport. I currently have a tuner CAI and exhaust (stock manifolds). What other bolt ons work well with this engine? I was looking into headers but is there much gain there? And what about throttle bodies?

Sorry but I am new here and I did a search but it was daunting to read through everything.

For throttle bodies, check out "Fastman throttle bodies".

Headers could be a good upgrade too.

Longtube Headers and y pipe (Hedman)
Electric fan (Flex a Lite 183)
Ported throttle body (Fastman)
Underdrive Pulley (ATI)
Programmer (Diablo) custom tune if this is what you have.

Just a few "bolt ons" I put what I have in () but there are other options.

It looks like Fastman isn't taking any new orders right now.

Looks like he needs help. Check out Moes. It's a one stop shop. Just hide your wallet first.

A nice twin turbo setup would probably net you some good old HP...

Don't bother with the TB until you have cam and head work done. The stockers flow plenty. The 180 stat is a good idea, as is a higher stall converter. Gear change also goes a long way to getting that big ass truck moving. I have 4.56's and a 2800 stall behind what is essentially the stock engine (besides some mild tuning) and I have severe traction issues, but when she hooks she goes.

180* t-stat is a cheap and easy one. I just went and got a Duralast 4128 from Autozone for my truck. $14.03 with tax and I had $20 rewards points so it was essentially free. Picked up a couple bottle of Zerex G05 premix from Pep Boys since Autozone doesn't carry it. Letting the truck cool off some now so I can do the swap.

My research here on the forums is showing the Duralast 4128 is the same as the Jet version. The Jet is just packaged in their name and the price doubled.
