I ran the wire down to the area in front of the cup holders its a large open area and holds a lot of equipment. I have the viper brain, smartstart module, DBall module all of my sensors, tilt sensor, proximity sensor, shock sensor, glass break sensor and now the PAC amppro!!

All of my alarm controllers and sensors are in this area as well as you can see in the picture.

It seems much cheaper after you spend days and weeks fighting to get a clean signal out of the Alpine system. LOL

Hey bud I believe I was the one that recommended the pac on your thread. I’m curious did you just run your sub thru the pac? Or did you amplify your high and run then thru the pac also?

Glad the pac worked out for you.

Hey guys, first off... My turtles are embarrassed, and are not for sale. Haha.

I'm just using the pac for my subs, I may try to amp my door speakers again now that I have this pac unit though because this pac unit does not have the gain hiss like the lc7i did.

But I have Hertz hi energy in the dash and doors and to be honest the factory amp pushes these really good! Besides id lose my surround sound if I amp them again.

And I keep everything I take off my truck just in case I decide to sell it I can go back to stock.

Also, my remote from the pac turns off my amp as designed. I know someone had to send theirs back because it didn't work.

I just upgraded from a full set of Hi Energy (3 ways in front and coax in the rear doors) and they definitely like being pushed by a quality amp. I was running a Zapco 150.6 on mine and they took it like a champ. I used a Focal passive crossover that allowed me to biamp the front set.

You're also running a high end DSP for delays and such so you can still set a nice sound stage. I don't have that, so if I were to re amp the doors and dash I would really need to get a DSP to set it all up correctly. I just don't want that hassle, possibly in the future if I get really bored I will.

I get bored easy.. so its a really good possibility that I will at some point get it done. I will definitely be talking to you again if I go that route haha.
