My current new 17' Ram is silver making this my 3rd silver truck in a row. I like silver and it's a practical color that easy to maintain and doesn't look dirty to quickly. I have to say I am jealous of the new Rams being offered in the Billet silver. It's sharp! Not quite silver and not quite gray/charcoal in color. I wish they had that option when I got mine.

Clay bar, polish and a couple coats of wax; that silver will pop. I had a 16 Sport and did this. Easy to maintain if you use detail spray after every wash.

I do claybar, polish and wax. I love my silver and it does glow. But that billet silver is a pretty sweet color.

I also have a silver sport, looked at a few dealers around me to find one, have to say by looking at your profile pic I am a little jealous, the one option I really wanted and didn't get was a sunroof.

Silver and white are the two easiest colours to maintain.

I've owned my share of black vehicles and they look awesome when clean but they are a nightmare to keep clean.

IMHO Any clean sealed/waxed or coated Ram looks great to me. It shows the amount of pride the owner has-----or the owner's wife/gf has. Color doesn't make any difference to me, the care does.:D

Norton333, I love the sports with the exterior all color matched. Not a fan of chrome. I haven't even opened my sunroof yet here in Georgia with all the crazy spring pollen. My truck gets yellow. Lol

Never saw pollen like I did in GA. Drove my black Durango to Canton for a trade and it was yellow when I got to the dealer!

It's funny, I almost never opened the sunroofs on the cars I've had with them, but like the light coming in through the glass, brightens up the cab.

Silver is my favorite vehicle color. I’ve had 5 or 6 in silver. Like others mentioned it’s easier to keep looking good.
Only black car I’ve ever had was a 2007 GT500. Looked awesome for the 10 minutes it was clean after a wash but otherwise was to much work to keep looking good for my taste.
So went I bought my Ram billet silver was my natural choice.

Yeah this pic was when I was trying to let the decals grow on me. As I’ve mentioned they are gone now except for the hood.

Y'all are killing me here!! i guess i am a part of the 1/3rd group someone was talking about the other day.

I think the PW decals on the bed look great, and set it apart from the crowd, as well as giving some much needed contrast on such a large truck. The Tailgate decal i could do without, but whatever.

@retired thats why i fell in love with the silver AEV wheels once i saw them on your truck. Everyone does black wheels nowadays, and having the silver wheels with that black stripe on the bottom just adds to that needed contrast. especially now you have the trim rings :) lol.
