Can't wait to try one.

480 lb Ft. of torque at 1600 rpm and including the eTorque should be pretty awesome for putting around town, or towing even a good sized travel Trailer.

I will be looking to replace my '17 Big Horn mid-2020, so hopefully they will have worked most of any first-run bugs (as all manufacturers have) out.

Wow the Rebel with the EcoD. That’s gonna be a powerhouse and available air suspension too. Holy Hell

I love my '18 5.7L. I liked the idea of the old EcoD but the grenading engines turned me off to the idea. This new announcement sure has my attention. I hope they figure out the reliability issues. Now I have to choose a Rebel EcoD or 2500HD with 6.4 and 8-speed. Too many choices : )

I hope the new one works better in Canada than the old ones. I've owned mine for 2 years and its been in the shop over 15 times now, goes back next week for DEF work. The only thing saving me from bankruptcy is that the original owner bought the extended warranty. As a blue collar worker if this thing is not on warranty, I can't afford to own it and have it in the shop every month.....Ram truck could care less about all the issues since we are such a small market in Canada. I researched my truck against a GMC gas with all the same options and the GMC was valued higher....pretty sad. If I can ever afford to dump this thing, its gone!

The stepped up torque at an even lower rpm, the new EcoDiesel will out tow the 5.7 in the 1500 like the CTD does the 6.4 in the HD trucks
