I had them on a previous truck. They did what they claimed to do. Got 40,000 Km's out of them with minimal wear before trading the truck in.I'm sure they would have made it to 80,000 or more. Live in western Canada and ran them year round on our nasty winter roads. Did great in snow and ice, were good in water and no complaints on dry pavement.
Ill be getting a set for my Ram again when the time comes. It is great getting a product at half the cost of the competition... It is crazy what the big brands like toyo, nitto cooper and so on charge for the branded tires.....
They do make a 285/55 as well and I’m sure their quality control has improved in the last 3 years. They also recently released an ATp that copies KO2s.
Did you need to do a lift to fit them in. ?good to know Tim. thx. that makes it an easy NO for me given the sizing.
I’m debating picking up a set of these AMP Terrain Gripper 285/55r20 for my truck. Anyone offer their opinions on these for daily use. Someone told me these are only for mudding?
