I had changed out the non-folding factory installed tow mirrors with power fold units purchased from Infotainment a few months ago. I also installed an auto dimming rear view mirror and the door modules expecting both door mirrors to auto dim too. I soon discovered that the right side did not have the auto dim option and I had to adjust the mirror down to avoid glare while driving at night. Of course that action reduced not only the glare, but my rear view to the right side.
I decided to change out the power fold tow mirrors with standard 6 x 9 power folding mirrors purchased from @circuitguy. These mirrors are chrome and include the auto dimming option on both sides. Additional options, are memory and tilt in reverse and while nice options are not the reason why I purchased these mirrors. It was all about the auto dimming on both door mirrors.
I had previously installed chrome driver and passenger passive entry door handles and temporarily connected the handles hoping to obtain the factory connectors. Since I had to remove the door panels for this installation I chose this opportunity to install the factory connectors previously purchased from @MaxSteel2013.
I can now drive comfortably without having to react to the annoying glare associated with night driving.
Plus, these mirrors compliment the chrome door handles.
