It's like a shape shifter. That's why I put my flares back on. Change is nice when it's boring

Got the LED headlight bulbs in from headlightexperts.com. Still using the factory quad headlights, the beams are truly shaped very similar to the factory bulbs just like HE said they would be, just super bright! I couldn’t be happier with them! The factory headlights were pathetic for a $55,000 truck. I definitely recommend headlightexperts!

Started Corrosealing the underside getting ready for fluid film application.
What is fluid film exactly? I’m sure I’ll look like an idiot for asking but I’ve just never heard of it. I’m from WV so we get plenty of snow and I’d like to do all I can to prevent rust. I only put about 9,000 miles a year on my truck so I’d hate for it to rust down before it’s actually wore out!

What type of fluid film do you guys recommend? I don’t mind reapplying it yearly

Huge thanks fo SitKneelBend for his help today. Did a quick and dirty install of the media hub today with a firmware update, and my UAS works as designed, and sounds MUCH better!

How'd you get your 2014 to enable Apple CarPlay? I thought only the 2018+ Ram's offered it, unless you swapped the whole radio?

Boredom can be a scary thing. Im just missing rock crawling very badly so something is got to give. Truck is safe. The wife Durango not so much lol. I'm trying not to spend a single penny on the truck for now so changing it's look this way is my way of doing so but the mod bug can be stronger than me. Still waiting on my new King shocks but those are already paid off. got new +2" Core rear sway bar links and I should get them today. I think I should be able to hold up doing any other mod at least until December. If the urges show up I'll simply throw the Softopper back... :)

Bought several cases of bottled water and various supplies in preparation for this 2020 double whammy.

I live at the blue dot and this is why I drive a lifted truck :anitoof:

I'm at the blue dot too. Of course I just bought everything I need to polish and ceramic seal my truck. The last of the polishes will be delivered today. It really needs it since we were on vacation in NC at a beach front house when Isaias hit.

I've been running a Mufflex DOD-M80 muffler delete since last November (it was the first mod I did after buying the truck). After installing the muffler delete, I had a hell of a time getting the tailpipes to line up to the bumper cutouts. I got the tips pretty close and just went with it. Well, a few weeks ago, I finally got around to getting some better tips. I bought some polished 5" double wall tips from B2 Fabrication. I wanted double wall because I don't like the looks of the single wall tips. When the tips got delivered, I got all excited and attempted to install them. I pulled the old tips off and discovered that the clamp is spot welded to the flange on the tip. I tried using my terrible Chinese rotary tool with a cutoff wheel to cut the weld so I could reuse the clamps. I failed miserably. I could not get it to cut through the weld. So I ended up ordering 2 new Mopar exhaust clamps ($22 each!). When I went to install the tips back on the truck, the passenger side would not tighten up no matter how tight I made the clamp. The driver's side went back on without any issues but now the back of my truck looks like Forrest Whitaker because the passenger side droops :Frustrated:.

I should finally have time tomorrow to install the tips using the new clamps. I'll have to mess with the tailpipes so the tips are aimed straight out from the bumper.

I'll get pics :peace:

That's my issue here. My jeep needs some things but it's minimal cost wise and labor intensive so I'm procrastinating with this hot weather. Otherwise I'm trying to hold off on everything but it's getting dangerous for everything in the driveway. Including the lawn mower lmao. Plus, I need to step my gun game up before November so that's my current focus.
