@Quick_Shifter rough country told me an adjustable trac bar would recenter the axle. could that be whats causing this?

a trac bar would not fit that because it’s not off center. That looks like they may be normal. It surely looks a lot better than it did

I talked to icon dynamics and they said it is normal as well. That as long as when the front end is lifted and it droops and no springs try to fly out I’m good lol.

Would this possible be a better idea than the rc ones? It’s almost like their radius arms are just a wee bit too long. Damn the mechanic mind in me wanting to find perfection.

Nope. Its just the way the suspension is designed. All the Ram coils do that.

Well **** I feel a lot better now. Odd I never remember seeing my stock coils do that before the lift. How old are those coils?

i would highly doubt it. It is probably the stock track bar with drop brackets.

Bandaid solutions cause bandaid problems. The way they Mickey Mouse those kits together never ceases to amaze me. Why they wouldn’t just include a properly lengthened track bar is nuts.

Just to throw this out there, the attached picture is my stock 2021 PW that I drove home then drove to the tire shop to get the new tires installed. The spring is about as new as you can get and has the curve in it.

Im sure your axle is centered right where it should be. There really is no “issue”, other than you have a super cheap/cheesy lift kit made of drop brackets.


But yes, if you are looking for an upgrade, that may be one way to do it. Ive never seen or heard anything on that kit before...time for me to do some research lol

only drop brackets are on the disconnecting sway bar and the rear track bar. so no, its not made of drop brackets. for as much as everyone hates rough country for what happened in the past, i have had no problems with the kit. the only issue which this thread was created for was due to the installer putting the isolators in wrong. the hardware isnt the problem. but i do like the radius arms being replaced. more clearance.

as for the apoc company, they are 1.5 hours from where i live in tennessee, and answer the phone when you call. they have heard of dodge off road and said their stuff would be better for more aggressive off roading, and theirs are more daily driver/pavement princess type stuff. but i cant trust dodge off road due to their lack of communication.
