    It's hard being a small business. Most die due to customer service. When you start and have free time your customer service is great. Then you get busy and fail to notice and one day it drops faster than it grew.

    I owned a 16 pentastar a few years ago. Great engine and trans combo. I only bought my current 12 hemi bc it was cheap and needed a rebuild. I rebuilt the engine and currently have equity in it. I feel bad for those who cannot do their own repairs and or bought it without warranty at market...

    Full rebuild should be done each time. I think FCA knows this but some dealerships take the easy route. The biggest concern I've seen is the number one main bolt is an oil passage. It is full of sludge an shrapnel when I pulled mine.
