Which needle tip adapter works well to get into the one zerk that we have on the front shaft?

This is the one you want: http://www.amazon.com/Lincoln-Lubrication-5803-Grease-Needle/dp/B0002SR6XE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1463709447
Do not get the one with the puncture sharp tip, those are for piercing and filling rubber boots and will not work.
One similar to this is what I use. I broke/ bent three of those thin gauge needle tips before I rage quit with them and went on the hunt for one like this.

Thank you! This one it is.
That is the one I use, no problem. I am a bit mystified about the comments about the amount of pressure required. I didn't have to push that hard, about the same amount of effort it takes to lock on to a zerk.
well for some reason if I didn't push like a rapped ape grease wouldn't go in the fitting but it would come out the sides no problem. maybe it was because it was the first time and now that its greased it will be easy.
who knows. all i know is it was difficult for mine to accept grease.
Incorrect needle fitting, size of needle fitting.
the tips on both of these look the same to me. i dont see a # designation to tell a differance in size.

That would be an easy convenient answer but is not one size fits all. Greasing zerks and even this style fitting is not my first rodeo with them.
I have always made it a habit with zerk fittings to clean the area first and depress the ball in with a pick tool just in case corrosion sticks the detent ball in place. I can tell you with mine and I imagine also with U&A's truck, the detent ball in our fittings is mother to move.
Maybe yours and most others are easy but I am telling you it is not needle or "operator error" issue on my end, the fitting in my case is a bear to get greased.
