typically how long does it take for a repair manual to be issued?

Not sure how long it'll take but I looked at the 09-12 Haynes and it was really lacking on details that they used to have in older model trucks. These newer complicated can/bus computer controlled everything vehicles are not nearly as DIY friendly as the trucks of days gone by. You need a computer to diagnose just about everything and dealership service manuals are really the only things that seem to have any solid information anymore. It's a sad reality.
