Tried to capture it as well as possible, it’s constantly there in the background of the video. Sounds like a rotor just barely rubbing on something, or a real minor wheel bearing.

What I’ve tried:
Put the truck up in the air and ran the back tires, sound is still there. Discovered the rear right emergency brake shoes were rubbing on the inside of the rotor so I adjusted them. Changed diff fluid, old stuff looked great and no metal but figured I try.
Changed u-joints on driveshaft because there were clicking anyway.

I have no idea what this is… I’m going to take a look at rear wheel bearings next. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard it. It’s such a strange noise that I can’t even really call grinding because it’s so slight, but it does get loud.

First guess would be pinion bearing. It's somewhat high pitched, wheel bearings growl more.

Rear differentials do make noise
when the truck is setting perfectly level, the fluid level has to go out to the very bottom of both wheel bearings

Check your dust brake covers, might be something stuck in between. When they lifted my truck I had a sound like that and the rear brake dust covers had a rock between them and it sounded just like that lol ...
