Looking for some help to diagnose my truck. I have 2014 ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 and been experiencing a loud hum and faint but noticeable grinding sound that sound like is coming from the driver side wheel and slight vibration in the steering wheel and gas pedal . I thought it was my wheel bearing replaced it with a Moog wheel hub assembly and I replaced my Cv and intermediate shaft as well. The noise is still there and is most noticeable turning the wheel left even the slightest. It’s worse with speed and don’t hear or feel it under 20 mph. I thought I’d check my brakes and notice the bottom of the rotor looks like it’s being rubbed but not sure it would cause the issues I’m having or if my rotor looks normal. The dust shield isn’t rubbing and tires are relatively new. The noise is there without braking also. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Try to lightly press your brakes when the sound starts. If the sound goes away, it is your brakes if not...keep looking.

If you're driving down the road and turn the wheel left the truck starts to lean to the right and loads the right side. Jack up the right side and see if you can feel any play in the bearing. If possible, try spinning the wheel to see if you can hear anything

So I took it on ride no difference when brakes are applied and I already replaced the wheel hub assembly. What I did notice when I was under the truck while having my wife turn the wheel back and forth my steering column makes a pretty audible clunk where it goes into the rack. Could that be the cause of the humming/grinding sound?
