I've never had an issue with the truck recognizing my paired phone until a few weeks ago. Now, whenever I start the truck, it tells me "no phone connected", however my phone is listed in the saved devices tab in phone settings (and will connect when I press "connect phone")

I've tried forgetting and re-pairing the Bluetooth connection with no success.

The problem started after I used Android Auto for a couple weeks on a cross county trip. While I had used AA a few times prior, this was the first time I used it consistently for an extended time.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

This typically happens when there is an update to either the phone software or the Uconnect software. Delete the phone and make sure all apps are up to date. Do a reset on the radio and then re-pair. Hopefully that will correct it.

Yes. Hold the power/mute button and seek button down until the screen goes black.

Ok, now I'm really frustrated. I press the on/mute button + tune buttons simultaneously and nothing happens. I also tried the vr + phone button on steering wheel with no luck. I also read that some are reset by red temp up + blue temp down.... no luck. Any suggestions?

Make sure to forget phone on radio while phone is not near vehicle. Then delete AA app on phone and turn off phone. Then reinstall AA and pair like new. Also, make sure all updates on phone, including connectivity app is updated. Also. Make sure AA can access contacts by opening Bluetooth widget, click on settings wheel next to Uconnect, the make sure "share contacts" is turned on. I had same problem and this fixed it for me. Good luck.
