So my check engine light came on the other day out of know where so I got it scanned and the evap large leak and 02 sensor slow response and misfire in cylinder #1 code popped up. The next day is kinda started sputtering while I was cruising about 35/40mph and idling a little rough. Today it ran fine no sputtering or idle issue. I’m gonna change the coils and plugs today and scan it again later on. Any ideas what maybe the cause? Thanks guys.

Okay quick update I changed the plug for cylinder 1 and it was bad so changed that, then I changed the purge valve solenoid under the battery. CEL came on the next day I’m gonna run the scanner on it again and see what pops up.

I got the P0208 code today that’s it. I checked that injector and it’s getting the right resistance so I’m not sure

So what was your outcome? Having same issue with my 2014 Ram. Have had gas cap light on for about year now but started the intermittent sputtering about 2 weeks ago thought it might be bad gas
