I just picked up seats from an 06 Ram and put them in my 05 Ram 2500. The connectors don’t fit each other, is there an adapter I can use or a way I can splice?

Please help.

You need to get wiring diagrams for both 05 & 06 (available on this site). The PROPER way to do it is to depin the seat connectors and repin them in the old 05 seat connectors. The only things you should have to worry about is 12v hot, ground and seat belt connection. There is no ready made adapter and splicing is just messy, plus if you ever need to take the seats out you have to deal with it. I depinned the 4th gen seat connectors and repinned the ones I needed to put them in my 2003, then taped the unneeded others out of the way:

You want your seats to match your truck. Like I said, use the 05 connectors from your old seats and repin them. Can't make that any clearer or simpler.
Or do whatever you want. Your truck.
