Take the truck to a good body shop. They have a lot of experience dealing with tweaked doors hinges etc. I bet they can fix the issue in under an hour because they know exactly what they are looking at.
May have to. What I do know is the pin on passenger front and rear I can see it. Drivers side front and rear, that roller is pinned all the way at the top.

I still have a reoccurring creak. I can’t tell if it is the pin as I can see the roller moving or the spring itself making the binding noise.

So did ypu ever take it to a pro and have them look at it or are you still trying to figure this out yourself. If the later, i think enough time has passed to know the second approach isn't working too well.

I still think a body shop will fix it fast and cheaper than the dealer, but if you are going in for an inspection anyhow, can't hurt to have them look.

I mean the dealer is gonna have a body shop too. What I don’t get is it’s quiet for a bit and right now it sounds dry as a popcorn fart and binding but the roller is moving. I’ve tried lithium I just tried on blaster two times. You are prob right because all the other doors the roller isn’t at the very top.

Grip the crown looking piece with some pliers and rotate it about 1/3 of a turn, this has helped me for decades of Mopar ownership.

Makes sense now, thanks. A little Lithium spray Lube or even Silicone will dramatically reduce the wear you are experiencing, as well as control the rust better.
Yeah so mine isn’t that bad but same idea mine was painted and I tried to hit it down with a block of wood you look to have some space. My other doors, the roller is not near the top. Drivers side is totally at the top. I tried the rubber brings ect silicone like you said dean and even the dealer has done lithium. Right now it sounds like a model T opening up after 50 years.

I just checked all 4 doors on my 2500. They all look just like the photo Daw14 posted, except no rust as they have been kept well lubed. The little roller is right near the top of the shaft it rotates on, on all doors.
