If you look at the FAQ's on the bumper page, they state it works with all 2019+ including the Power Wagon. You'll just have to use an off the shelf Warn winch instead of your factory one.
He's working on getting orders caught up and not currently taking new orders, only has a waiting list at this time. If you already have an order in, consider yourself lucky!
I created a simple spreadsheet for most of the 37" tire options available. This helped me see the actual tire data to make a more informed decision on my next purchase...hopefully it will help someone else out also.

For me, I prefer the aesthetics of a cab height cap. The hi-rise is nice for storage though. Mine came with a Cap-Pack Sport drop down tray that takes advantage of the extra height.
