Have patience. It will come.
I ordered my January 16th completed June 27th and it just arived in Kent Wa yesterday.
They said it should be ready for pick up by the 11th of November.
The dealer is OK if you back out on that truck because they will sell for $10000 more to the next guy.
This...
Is there any way to track where the rail car has been? It is supposed to arrive in Kent Wa November 3rd. I should receive it by mid November. There is a recall on the ECM, I requested that they get one ordered up, so I don't have to wait for that to arrive. Any one have an opinion on the...
It is a good thing that I will only have to finance $20,000. Alot of people that are getting new Rams with less down, will hurt alot more. At least my I will have my truck next month. Hope everyone else will get theirs soon.
I think that Ram should offer 0% for 60 months for any customer that has waited over 9 months to receive their vehicle. When I ordered mine i was looking at 1.99%. Ram was offering 0 % for 60 months for 4th of July, missed that offer. With the Fed's jacking up the rates, it makes a big...
I finally got work that my truck has left Mexico and should arrive in Kent Wa by November 3rd. Hopefully they will get it to the Dealership shortly after that.
I am truly glad that you received your truck. This is driving me nuts, I am going to call the dealer today again. WTF is going on with Ram? I did notice that my truck was advertised on True Car as reserved. So it's in there inventory listing now. Maybe that is a good sign that it will be shipped...
August 8, I was told that my truck will be on the next train out. He might as well have told me that the trains in Mexico are stuck in a blizzard. If Ram Customer Care really cared, they would at least send out emails and let us know that they do have a plan and do something about it
I was told the other day that 23000 ram trucks are built, and due to the lack of trains they are now trucking them to the East Coast across hurricane seas to deliver them to the East Coast to go by train to the West Coast.
They hope to get the delayed rams delivered by the end of the year...
According to ram there is a recall on the ECM of my new truck that is still in Mexico go. ECMs are not available at this time it's this time for my truck so they told me that it will remain in Mexico until an ECM has been replaced.
According to the dealer the ECM will be replaced when it it...
800-334-9200
Hope you have luck with it.
They should offer a 0 interest for 60 months for this BS
It seems like there should be some kind of compensation for the delay.
What did BBB have to say about it?
Add up the interest on everyones down payments
Today marks the 3 months waiting for the shipping date. My Ram Laramie 3500 Mega Cab is still sitting in Mexico. No communication from Ram Grand mentor since August 30th. Ram care sends them emails daily. Zero response
I really don't think they know were its at. WTF......
I think ram should offer 0% for 60 months for anybody that has waited over 6 months after ordering your vehicle.
Or if it set in Mexico for more than 60 days after that was built.
I asked the dealer if they would throw up in a set of mud flaps for the wait. Their response was no extra deals...
My truck was completed June 27th and I'm not and still absolutely no response from ram on when my truck is going to be delivered. By law they are required to report any damage in the vehicle over $500 of according to my dealer. I have not received any emails from ram since August 30th. I call...
That is a strong possibility mine was completed on June 27th And shipping date is still unavailable, I am getting absolutely nothing from ram and regards to the status of my truck. I ordered mine on January 16th
I finally got an answer from Ram. The transport driver that delivers the factory to the railroad wants more $$. So Ram is sending a convoy of car haulers to Mexico to get them from the factory and delivered to the trains and ports to get them delivered. After being in Built status for almost 3...
