So I ordered the air suspension and the towing package, knowing that at some point(s) I would be doing some light (7k lbs and under). Never occurred to me how awesome the air suspension is for adjusting to various trailer heights (obviously having hitches with various drops helps too), but...
Apparently the Rebel G/T sits higher than am F150 or Tundra. Antenna hit ceiling, which also dented roof and peeled paint. Talk about being sick to your stomach... Now the challenge is to keep it sealed for a few weeks until I can get it into the body shop. FlexSeal tape to the rescue (I hope)!
Am I ok to do a 750mi road trip right away, or is there a break-in period needed? How soon do I change the oil after the trip, and what should I put in it for oil?
Ordered the truck, and also ordered the Pedal Commander (based on prior good experience on my Gladiator). Curious to know if others have experience/thoughts on this?
Had to wait out RAM to offer Granite Crystal again. Anyone have an idea what the build times are like? I'm likely to add a Pedal Commander and Borla Type-S exhaust when it comes in.
