Make sure your cable isn't over 3ft for starters. Shut truck off disconnect phone open door. Try again. Uconnect sucks, horrible system full of flaws. Best thing I ever did was ditch the oem head unit and install an aftermarket one

I get that occasionally when I switch between my vehicles, the wireless android auto doesn't connect. If you plug the phone into one of the USB ports it will then reinitialize. Once that is done, you can unplug it and it should work wirelessly again. Hopefully that helps.

you may also need to delete the pairings between the truck and phone, reboot the phone then re-pair with AndroidAuto. Some software make the security certificates invalid.
