Laramie chrome wheel covers cleaning
I have a 17 Laramie 1500 with the plastic chrome wheel covers. After a winter of neglect I finally washed it today. The truck looks good but the wheels look like crap. There are a lot of marks on them that won't wash off. Is there a good cleaner that will restore them to their former glory? Or... -
Why are manufacturers still putting chrome on trucks?
It seems pretty selfish to think that because YOU like a particular style that manufacturers should ONLY make that particular style. That's like saying "I like black trucks, why do manufacturers make white, blue, green, red or silver trucks" -

2017 1500 recalls! fuel tank, engine stop
I have a 2017 Laramie that came with the 32 gallon tank. When I first got it the reading was off. One of the recalls I had done fixed that though.- ctdodge

Caution! Frame rusted, unsafe

I have mine on the inner most holes (firmest setting) and I love it! Didn't notice much, if any, difference between the middle and firmest as far as ride quality went, but for handling there's a huge difference!!!! -

Any of you guys have the Mopar Floor liners?
Do the Oedro mats go up the sides like they show? I have the OEM mats and I like them but they don't go up the sides at all. The only thing I don't like about the Oedro is they don't have the RAM logo like the OEM ones have. If they would at least say RAM instead of Oedro I would like them much... -

Alpine center speaker
I have a '17 Laramie with the Alpine system. I have swapped out my sub, rear door speakers and the left and right dash speakers (JBL Club 3020's). Will it make a noticeable difference if I replace the center dash speaker? Thanks- ctdodge

Just bought a 2500
Holy crap! 20 MPG? How the hell do you do that? My commute is 8 miles one way with a few lights. My average is just under 15 MPG. I don't drive like a Granny but I'm not Speed Racer either. I have essentially the same truck - a '17 1500 Laramie with 3.21 and 5.7- ctdodge

Upgrade stock speakers
I put off doing the dash speakers for that same reason. Just looked like a royal pain in the ass. Finally decided to bit the bullet and the two sides took me all of 1/2 hour total. Haven't done the center speaker yet as I don't know I need to since the sides sound so much better- ctdodge

Which LED's ... looking for advice.
Since you have a Laramie I'm assuming you have projector headlights. If you do, LED's won't work well for your low beams. You need to go the HID route with LED high beams. I got my set from Headlight Revolution and couldn't be happier. No canbus errors and MUCH better light output from the HID's -

Is U-Connect worth it ?
If you're in an area where it gets really hot or really cold and it's too far for the key fob to remote start then the Uconnect works great. I use the Uconnect start very often in summer and winter. So for me it's well worth it. Of course, YMMV! This being said, I think the app itself sucks...- ctdodge
