i've seen too many soft covers that look all rough on the edges. I think I'm too OCD to live with that i bought the fiberglass backclip through my dealer and got a decent deal but still well over 300. We can get some bad hail in my neck of the woods and I have to park in the driveway so I feel it's worth it.

I've used a Truxedo Truxsport rollup on Tacoma & '16 Ram 1500. I've had an issue at times with something. Call em up, they ask me for pics, email it, & replacement parts are sent(entire cover that, weatherstripping, etc)

Love my Lomax...but not even close to 300$. I also don't think it is overpriced at all. Excellent product.

So had to drive from Bigfork to Bozeman and about Butte hit a monster storm, did I say monster, storm with complete deluge, heavy winds, a little hail, lightning across my dash. Wipers were helpless. Got home and dropped the tailgate....not a drop of water anywhere. Congrats Lomax.

mine came with the bak flip-dont know how much they go for but it is rain tight-I will wash the hell out of my truck and there is no water in the box at all-impressed!!!
