Power Wagons ... Post em up!

They are Baja Designs LP4s. I’m still playing with them but once I get them aimed I’ll be sure to report back! Thanks for the kind words!

    Gremlin4x Power Wagon

It’s a 7 foot door. I measured the clearance before hand to make sure. I’m just glad the KM3s run a little on the small side lol. Up here in Alaska I wanted to be able to still park in my garage.

    Gremlin4x Power Wagon

Got the front end done today. 1.5” Thuren springs, Thuren trac bar, Fox 2.0w/resi, boogie bumps, and fox ATS steering dampener. Two sets of hands made the project a breeze. Truck still fits in my garage...barely! Test drive was good, truck rode nice and smooth. Now time to schedule...

    Gremlin4x Power Wagon

Trucks is slowly coming along. My slow progress is a combination of my lack of talent and time time spent catching up with the family. Rear end is done, I’ll get the front end finished up on Monday.

    Gremlin4x Power Wagon

I’m not sure if I’ll want/need bags so I held off on the rear boogies until I get an idea of how the new rear springs handle some weight in the bed.

Thuren’s website let’s you buy the components separately. The front shocks are found in their 2013-up 3500 section. The rears are found in the power wagon section.

Talk me into (or out of) 37's

I am running KM3s in 37x12.5r17 on my 2018 Wagon and so far I love them. Wheels are CJC edition Raceline’s with +20 offset. Currently stock gearing but I don’t tow and I drive like an old man so it doesn’t bother me. Suspension currently stock (boxes of Thuren goodies awaiting my return home...

    4,000 miles. Lead me astray

I’ll chime in on the gearing debate. I personally have no issue running 37s with stock gearing in my 2018 Wagon. I did recalibrate using Alfa OBD. That being said, I don’t tow, live in Alaska where the speed limit is never more than 65, and I drive like and old man. My last truck was Chevy...

Advice on A-Pillar brackets for a 2018 PW

I’ve got the SDHQ brackets and I really like it. You do have to trim a little plastic but you’ll never notice your work after it’s done. Brackets are solid!!!

It's official, now lets build this beast...

Hard say if 13.5 will rub. What I can say, my wheels are CJC offroad addition racelines with +20 offset. I’ve already trimmed some plastic and I stuffed one of the tires pretty good the other day and still had some rub so... My lighting setup is all Baja Designs. In the fog light pockets I...

Toyo MT/RT and cooper STT in 13.5 wide I believe are “E” rated. I’m running KM3s in 37x12.5r17 and am very pleased so far with their highway manners. Spent a little time in the dirt and mud and they are fantastic!

Just put on some km3s in 37x12.5r17 with raceline avenger wheels with +20 offset. I’m on stock power wagon suspension and followed the trimming suggestions from CJC offroad. This photo is from my first outing with the new setup. No rub today but I feel like some more trimming will be...
