    I'll check the 2 sealing stripes. Sunroof was sitting flush until I opened it. It made a popping noise a few times upon opening then wouldn't close correctly.....like something warped. To be honest I never use the sunroof only periodically to make sure everything is clean and drains are clear...

    2018 RAM 2500 UConnect update was completed at the dealer. As soon as I plug my iPhone into usb cable (either one) and try to make a call it says there is no phone connected. Both truck and phone shows that it is disconnected. If I hook it up via Bluetooth (not the cable) it will stay connected...

    Mine also would not hold the xm radio presets. I didn’t know that when I set them I needed to set them to the driver 1 or driver 2 on the side of the drivers seat before turning off the truck in order for it to save.

    Dumb question..... Do you know it’s wrong based on the window sticker or have they pulled the actual vehicle build off of the vin lookup? Window stickers can actually be printed incorrectly.
