Error codes after dealer put in New Turbo and Turbo Accuator

Replacing Turbo and Turbo Actuator
I need to replace the Turbo and Turbo Actuator in my 2013 Ram 2500 Laramie 6.7 Diesel. What is a good place to get reman? Dodge wants $8,200. Also how long should it take me to do it myself?- Will ODell
