parking brake line

Parking Brake Hanger Issue
Hello, I have a 2015 Ram 1500 5.7 L and I noticed today that the parking brake hanger is rubbing against the driver side parking brake line. Is there a way I can fix this issue and do I need to get a new line for that side. Pictures are included. thank you in advance.- chendrixson2

Hole in brake line
Randomly, I lost pressure in my brakes. Took it to the mechanic and he said that he found a hole in the steel line. Also said it’s highly unusual (no death threats, no rodents) and looks like it was manufactured that way. Anyone else had this problem?- CumminsGirl

What's this ?
Need help identifying this hanging from my truck. Never noticed it before and seems awfully loose. Looks like I can tighten it. Seems odd that it would loosen up out of the blue.
