hey guys, I own a 2005 dodge ram 1500 single cab short bed with the 4.7 and Ive planned on leveling it. I did purchase new shocks from amazon (rancho rs5000 for 4'' lift). my plan was to put the new shocks on and test the ride out to see if I liked them and then when I got enough money I would crank the torsion bars up and do an alignment. So I got my shocks today and tried to install them, But the shocks I got are to big. the truck was sitting level and the shocks were all the way depressed and they barely fit... Now I know that when I turn the torsion bars it will give me an additional 2" but the shocks are pretty much already bottomed out. So I put the stock shocks back on and have set up a return order with amazon. Iv read what seemed like hundreds of webpages to see what shocks I need to fit (like bilsteins 5100 or hd's) but Iv searched and non of them that I can find are for a 2005 dodge ram with the top eyelet mount and are for a 2" front lift.

Can someone help me on what to get?

I posted this pic a bunch today....but it will give you an idea... I bought the level kit ie torsion keys and cranked them so my shocks were not maxed out. Then added a 3 inch body lift and 35 12.50r20s

Thanks guys! Ive been looking around and my top picks are: Fox 2.0, and Pro Comps. The Fox shocks look awesome! Has anyone had any experience with them? They are a lot more expensive but i will be willing to shell out the cash if they are worth it!
