Take it to another shop for a balance.....some places struggle with bigger tires.
My Jeep and truck sit on 35's and only 1 shop in town can get it right.

If any REAL tire store can match mount tires to the wheels it helps a lot, and dont take as many weights to balance, all balancers are not equal, but if they can get your balance under an ounce, each wheel you shouldn't feel it. Is the vibration coming into the steering wheel, or you feel it more in the seat?
