I'm installing Moog sway bar links part# K80766 on my 2006 ram 2500 and I got the drivers side in no problem. But I can't get the right side in. The bottom bolt on the link won't go in all the way through the hole, maybe a quarter way then it seems like the bolt is too big. I double triple checked the part numbers and they are the right links. I don't get it.20220702_180005.jpg

did you try putting the threads together to make sure they are a match? They are obviously not the same design.

There's no threads in the hole. It's suppose to just pass through.

you have a battery terminal brush? Maybe try scrubbing the hole out with some WD40.

It's clear, I used kroil in the hole and on the bolt to make it go in smoother but it's definitely not going in. In wondering if I should just drill the hole big enough so the bolt will slide in.
