06 dodge 5.9 Cummins no start

My 06 Cummins is completely stock and turns over great but will not start or even try to start
-before the no start issue I was having to crank over for 8 seconds or so to get it to start but then it ran great
-no dash lights are on
-have fuel to the fuel filter
-just changed out the fuel pressure relief valve with no change
Where should I look next?

When did you last change the fuel filter with a good quality 5 micron one like a Baldwin PF 7977?
