12V DC outlet problems 2012 Ram

Hey y’all I have been searching different forums and threads but can’t get a good result for my issue. Or at least for the 2012 model specifically.

I have a 2012 1/2 ton with the 5.7 hemi and it is the lone star package.

All 3 12V outlets have stopped working. I have also checked that the fuses are good by just throwing some new 20A’s at the fuse box. They were the m6, m7, and m36 fuses. Have not checked with a voltage tester yet.

Still don’t have power to any outlet. Truck was running while testing.

Is there something else in the fuse box that needs attention? Or is there another issue?

Sounds like I am searching for similar information. I want to add a compressor for my new air bags and can't find a fuse or empty fuse slot that has power. Wondering if there is another fuse box?

How did you come up with the m6, 7 and 36 fuses? I'm not sure the label on my box is accurate?
