12v outlet top of center pod is dead

I was using the outlet in my 2019 1500 Bighorn when it went dead. Thought perhaps I exceeded it ratings so I checked the fuses F54 and F48 on the internal fuse panel, both are good. Is there another fuse somewhere not shown in the manual?

My 2018 2500 Bighorn has an open ground. Checked fuses, appear good. At a loss for what to check next.
