13 touch screen issues

Since day 1 of me buying the vehicle(13 sport CC) I've been having issues with the touch screen freezing and just bein very slow. The first time I bought it in they did an upgrade, which there was a huge improvement. Recently the past few weeks the touch screen started to freeze again as well as the xm not working. Channels are changing but the volume doesn't work. Is there a new upgrade out there? Anyone else have issues with there's?

Probably would be best if you post what type of touch screen you have. I know there was a recent update to the uconnect screens. You can always go to their website and input your vin number and it can tell you if there is an available update.

I'm in the process of getting my 8.4a replaced on my my 2014

I have the stock radio that comes with the sport, assuming it's the 8.4a

as previously suggested, see if there is an update for it. I have the 8.4N and at times it would go out to lunch. Screen would work but no sound, i could swtich between xm/fm and USB with no change. My presets would change all by themselves as well. After the end of December update things have been better. I too have a 2013, but its a Big Horn.

do a search on the forum. there are many topics on the updates. check the version you have vs the version thats out there.

i have had my ram since aug. and i think there have been like 4-6 updates since them.
