18 ram 5.7 tuning...

Hi guys, i just got a 18 Ram limited was waiting to see the 19s hate haaaate the front end on the new 19s so i got the 18..

first thing im doing is getting unlocked pcm from hptuners.. been using hptuners for years on my silverados love the tool but im new to all this dodge pcm..anyway can anyone tell me if i tune this ram with hpt and put it back to stock before i take it in for service would they be able to find out if they scan it??

I have the Diablo i2 and when I put it back to stock to take it in for warranty work the service tech asked me if I had noticed any codes thrown? I told him no, which was true, but he said I had a bunch of thrown codes when he plugged into my truck.

Nothing else was said and after the warranty work I reinstalled the tune and went on my way.
