i have a 1996 1500 with the 5.9 magnum and a 46re. after about 5-10 minutes of driving, the truck will shake anytime i get on the gas and i drop speed. its only happened twice because i refuse to drive it until i figure it out so i have no real video of it. the best way i can explain it is i loose all power and anytime i try to accelerate, the entire truck will shake. i talked to a couple people who have an understanding of transmissions and they said it wasnt a transmission issue. however, when i dropped the pan, it was covered in whatever is in the picture. its not chunky, almost like magnetic clutch material.

Apparently the people who you spoke with do not have as much of an understanding as claimed.
Start searching for a transmission shop that has been around since the 1980s.
They might have some older experienced employees who can handle a rebuild on it.
Yes that does look like clutch material and some other material also.
A rebuild and new converter are needed.
I would run new cooler lines to the new transmission cooler that gets installed with the fresh transmission.
