1A tow mirror issue

After almost 5 years I am now having an issue with my passenger tow mirror. Not complaining about 1A or Trail Ridge but wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.
About 2 weeks ago passenger power mirror wouldn't fold in all the way. Then started having trouble folding it back out. Had to manually move the mirror. Today I went to manually move it to the 'folded out' position. It won't latch into place. Meaning the mirror is folding in on it's own just from the wind at higher speeds. I put some wire ties around it to try to keep it from moving.
Anyone have this issue before and was able to fix it? Hoping to not have to buy a new mirror...lol

UPDATE: contacted @1A Auto about my mirror and they are sending a replacement under warranty. Phenomenal service!

I've been on the fence about the mirrors from 1A, but now I feel much better about them, and will be offsetting mine soon.

Got the shipping info. They are actually sending the pair. I originally bought the pair but only needed the passenger one now but they are replacing both. I have to ship the old ones back and I believe I have to cover shipping but even so I'm ok with that.

oh...and they shipped the new ones out this morning. i didn't even contact them until about 11:00PM last night

Got them yesterday. Gonna try to get them on this week.
