1st Post and 1st Ram

Hi Guys, I just purchased my 1st Ram truck. Excited and nervous at the same time. It's a great looking 2013 1500 with 75k miles. LED headlights, smoked tails and trifold bed cover. The dealer didn't disclose that this was a Canada truck. I didn't crawl under it well enough to notice the rust but its there. No body or frame rust that I can see but there is some on the drive shaft and exhaust. I was hoping to keep this one a while since my 8 year old son loves it and wants it to be his first car. Other than that we love it.

A little surface rust on the driveshaft and exhaust is normal given the age of the truck.

Hit the rust areas with flat black Rustolem .

Research Fluid Film for other areas.

BUT, you should first read this and get all the import paperwork from the dealer.
