2 Questions. Hemifever tune and exhaust.

1. How do I get in touch with the guy who does the hemifever tune?

2. Changing my muffler out again and I have forgotten what size the inlet/outlet needs to be. Isn't it 3" inlet dual 2.5 outlet?
