I'm looking into getting the stock 20 inch wheel/tire setup on my 1500 (which currently has the 17 inch setup) but I would like the tires to stick out some. Does anyone know what negative offset I can get away with without any mods or a lift?

I have since found Custom Offset gallery. There are a bunch of trucks with their specs listed. It's only a guide so trust it as much as you are comfortable with.

I’ve been browsing their gallery and kinda like you, I’d prefer something that’ll work with no lift, level, any trimming nor rubbing at all. A step up to x9 wide wheels and maybe 0 to -12 offset with 275/60’s seems
to be doable.

This is what a 305/50/20 looks like on the stock Sport rims

Not quite the Sport rims are 20 X 9 ,and i think 19.1 on the offset.
This is a good thread on the rims and offsets

Yeah, if yours are x9’s an offset between 0 and -12 seems doable.
