I'm wanting to put OEM Black wheels on my 2019 but torn whether to go with 20's or 17's. I do 99% paved roads and lots of highway miles with any off-roading type stuff being mild or with my 1000# camper on the back. Wondering if I'd see a difference on asphalt with the 20's? Planning on going up one size with either one.

Love to hear some thoughts.

Your ride will be rougher and more likely to get tire damage because of less sidewall

22" on my last truck. Never again! It was the potholes in those paved roads that bent two of my rims. No problems off road. You'll also get a better ride with those 17's.

could go 18's. average it out. I typically like 20's but power wagons look a bit silly with them.

18s better due to side walls and tires are cheaper if do 18s over 20. If that was my choice. I have oem 20 that are on my 2020 I am thinking about selling only to get an offset of about -18. But for what they are they are fine at 20inch

If you drive on asphalt across your Stateline into an adjoining state and your ride becomes much smoother, it means that the condition of the Pennsylvania's roads makes more of a difference than the changing of both the wheel diameter and tire size ever will.
