I have had this truck for almost a year now and love it. However, a few months back, I was splicing in a port to my factory Infinity radio system and had the battery disconnected for about 2 hours. Ever since, the transmission shifts somewhat erratically. Not all the time but it also makes some weird sounds that I don't remember hearing. At least I think it's the trans. I did however, at the same time, remove the under hood insulation which was falling down all over. Maybe the sounds were always there but were muffled by the insulation, not sure. Is it possible the trans needs to be re-flashed? Also, if this does indeed need to be done, is it something that a high end scanner or repair shop can do or only a dealer? While I'm thinking on it, is there a way that I or a repair shop print out a list of everything my truck was manufactured with or is that also only something a dealer can print out? Any help or recommendations are appreciated!
