New here and just bought a 99 Ram 1500 with a rebuilt 01 3.9L in it.
Haven't owned a mopar since my 67 440 Belvedere 3 decades ago..
Was trouble shooting a coolant leak on the drivers side of block and removed
the starter to have a look behind that area . Some antifreeze dripping in that area.
Anyhow the freeze plugs look fairly new
but when i put the starter back in i didn't have it aligned properly somehow
so i found out when i went to start it and it wouldn't engage the flywheel.
Got it back in so it engages the flywheel but for whatever reason now it won't start. It fires but won't run.
So what have i done to screw it up? Was starting fine before i got my hands on it.
Hope i didn't warp the flywheel or something bad like that .
Could it be something with the crankshaft sensor all of a sudden because of something i did or maybe it just decided to quit ?
Thanks for any help, new to dodge trucks
